Saturday Sketchin'

I got a few thank yous made this afternoon while helping the kids with their homework assignments. I used Lauren's Saturday sketch for my quick start. Here's the sketch:

And here are my cards. Apparantly I didn't remember that it was a landscape sketch so mine are portrait but all in all they turned out nice and it didn't take me long to get 8 made.
The colors for these cards are real red, brilliant blue, yoyo yellow, and whisper white and basic black. I did stamp the star in VersaMark then black and embossed with clear. The stars are raised a bit with Stampin' dimensionals. Sets used are Eclectic Corners and Thank You blocks (both retired) along with Classic Backgrounds, Absolutely Fabulous and Fun & Fast Notes.
This one doesn't have the VersaMark star background and I think I like it better. These will be going out to the people that have helped our youth committee at church.
I also made this card just for fun because I wanted to use Heartfelt Thanks in bright cheerful colors. Colors are cameo coral, rose red, glorious green, green galore, whisper white, VersaMark and apricot appeal ribbon. The stamps are from Heartfelt Thanks and Absolutely Fabulous. It looks a lot brighter in person.
.
That's it for me. Thanks for stopping by!
Till next time, Tasha
