Big Shot Male Birthday Card

Sometimes, making a card for a man seems hard because we don't want to use bows and glitter or rhinestones.  Big Shot to the rescue!  Texture is the key to "man cards".

The diamond background on this card was created using the Texturz Plates and the stars went through the Big Shot with in the square lattice embossing folder.

Twine is another good accessory for a man card.  The baker's twine shown (123124 in summer mini catalog) is also available in cherry cobbler AND as a digital download. Stitching it through the ribbon punch doesn't take long and adds so much.

If you need supplies for making this or other projects be sure to visit my Stampin' Up! website and online store.  Just click shop now once you arrive.

Father's Day Card

The combination of Soft Suede ink sponged onto Sahara Sand cardstock gives a look of suede or aged leather and is SO easy!  I am happy to announce both Lovely As A Tree and Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp sets have made it into Stampin' Up!s new Idea Book and Catalog.
Though hard to photograph, the center panel is spritzed with gold Smooch Spritz which adds a whole layer of richness.

This card is 5-1/4" square so that is fits perfectly in the medium square envelope 107289.

If you need supplies to make this card or other projects, you can order them directly through my Stampin' Up! online store by clicking Shop Now once you arrive.  Or email me.  However, I am off to Girl Scout camp today so will not receive messages until Sunday.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
