Club Previews

These are 2 of the projects we are making at the Stampers Club Test Drive. The scrapbook pages show what I love so much about stamping. With a few supplies you can change a layout from boy to girl. Or with the same supplies you can make a card or gift packaging. Multi-tasking! It's what I require from most anything I buy.cardstock: Dusty Durango (orange color), Crushed Curry (yellow color), baja breeze (retired blue color), Whisper White
ink: Old Olive, VersaMark, Melon Mambo (pink color), Crushed Curry, Soft Suede (brown color)
accessories: Melon Mambo polka-dot grosgrain ribbon
tools: punches--1/2" circle, 1-1/4" circle, large oval, scalloped oval, small star, star, Big Shot with Pillow Box die
stamp sets: Oval All, Best Wishes and More, Just Football

My Own ss05 Designs

Well, I outdid myself and got two cards done with this sketch. ;) You can see the sketch in the previous post. Of, course it was late so the lighting is weird but you can see enough of them.

On this first one I used USI (unidentified sale item) print paper but the rest is Stampin' Up. Main color is summer sun with flowers from Classic Background stamped all over in versa-mark. Large saying is from All Holidays and the little tag in pocket says "a little something" from the Best Yet hostess set. The large flower is created with the scalloped circle punch in riding hood red layered with assorted SU flowers.

The football card is on bravo burgundy. All the stamping is actually done in retired cranberry crisp with the Just Football and Sporting sets. The helmet is stamped in white on burgundy. The summer sun stars and the #1 are embossed with iridescent ice so they are shimmery even though it doesn't show in the picture.

I struggled with this design, a little too many elements than I normally use, but it's nice to try new things. So let me know what you think!
