The rubber stamping idea for you today includes very little stamping! This candy purse is more of a paper folding project and makes a great thank you gift.
We will be giving these to the bus drivers tomorrow because I am soooo thankful that they deliver my children to school and back home each day.
To make the first one, I measured the Hershey nuggets and went from there. These are economical, too, because you can get 2 out of 1 piece of cardstock. Here's what I used:
  • So Saffron cardstock cut to 4-1/2"x7" for purse, 1"x3" for tab, and punched with Modern label punch for the closure
  • Tea Party designer series paper cut to 2"x7-1/8" for purse, 2-3/4"x3/4" for tab, and 6 pieces 1-1/4"x2-3/4" for nuggets
  • Pretty in Pink cardstock punched with Three Flower punch for decorations
  • Old Olive flowers cut with one of the Birds and Blooms dies and the Big Shot
  • Bashful Blue 1/4" grosgrain ribbon
  • silver brads
  • Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set and regal rose ink
  • lots of sticky strip!

Everything is Stampin' Up! except the pearls.

The box size ends up 2-3/4"x 3"x 3/4". I think anyone would be happy to receive such a cute little package!

Thanks for stopping by today!
