Sharing a sneak peek with you today! This is one of the cards we will be making next Friday at Cards of the Month Club. I still have openings at 10am and 7pm if you are close enough to Hutchinson to join us.This card is what many refer to as "hybrid". The image is actually from My Digital Designer, the Old World stamp brush set (in the summer mini catalog). I layered the ship over the log book, saved it to .jpg file, then imported into a word document so I could print* 4 on a sheet of cardstock. Easy peasy!
*Tip: when printing on Stampin' Up! whisper white, be sure to allow time for the ink to dry. Because the cardstock is very smooth to prevent image blur, it takes longer for the ink jet printing to dry.
Colors for this card are Sahara Sand, Not Quite Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede, and Whisper White.
That cord is the baker's twine from the mini catalog as well--love it!! Great for man-cards since ribbon is harder to pull off in a manly fashion.
