Today's card features the new stamp set Great Friend. This set is very well-rounded having images, sentiments, and even a tag. I see lots of potential for beautiful spring cards.
To create the subtle background I stamped the butterflies in Versa Mark and the branch in gable green on the gable green cardstock. For a whimsical touch I gave the butterfly a body and antenae with apricot appeal grosgrain ribbon.

I really like what you did with this butterfly! It's a great simple design that really shows what a beautiful stamp it is!
Ohhh, a butterfly!! and a very pretty one at that! Great card!
Blinding color, Tasha, and love it. Design pleasant and springtime for sure. Pretty clever with the butterfly too.
Cool cardin',

Ohh, ohh, ohhh so pretty!! I love the idea of using the ribbon to make the antennae and the brads for the body!!! Genius! Again the watermarked bacground is awesome and the color combo is perfection!! You knocked this one out of the park!
