The End is Near

Here is your reminder that Stampin' Up!s Occasions mini-catalog ends Saturday. So...if you have something(s) on your wish list, you need to change it to an order list! :)

These are the cards we will be making Friday for May Cards of the Month Club. They can be used for birthdays, Mother's Day, graduation, or your own special occasion.

I love the patterned paper in both Springtime Vintage and Botanical Gazette designer series paper packs. Sadly, they are only available through April 30 (Saturday!).
Another item that you may want to order before the month ends is the Buttons, Buttons! stamp set. If you send most of your cards in the mail, this set is a must-have for adding that "little extra something" without having to add more postage!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Happy Easter

I hope you have a beautiful Easter! We started celebrating yesterday with an egg hunt at church followed by a dinner here for part of my family.

Today we will head out for the early service at church --NOT sunrise :) -- followed by breakfast cooked by the church men. That's a lovely tradition!!

Looking forward to a relaxing day with my family once all the egg and candy craziness is over.

Hope you have a fantastic day as well!

Easter Candy Gift Box

A fun way to present a friend or teacher with Easter joy! The box is 4-1/2" square and 1" tall. For a decorative edge, I turned the flaps out and used the scalloped trim border punch then secured with sticky strip.

Months a go I bought Stampin' Up!s thick clear window sheets but this is the first project I have made with them. Love them! At first I thought the plastic was way too thick to work with, but I scored and folded and it looks fantastic!! Mini glue dots are the best for holding the clear corners together.

Like the paper "grass"? I could have made that with cardstock but Target has assorted colors for about 50-cents a bag--can't beat that.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
